My hand wind Indian watch has arrived. Thus far it is keeping surprisingly good time.

Not bad for a 30-40 year old watch that cost me a whopping $17.51.

Well after a couple hours more timing, I decided to open up the HMT and slow it down a bit. Now to time it again.

The Khaki is such a beautiful timepiece. The simple design is so nice. I think it's one of those timepieces that anybody who isn't a 'watch person' could really appreciate.

I'm trying to get a coworker to pick one up - he's looking for a nicer watch, but isn't convinced about the value of a Swiss watch. A Citizen would be another good choice...maybe as a stepping stool?

Anyway, nice Hamilton - I really like them with canvas straps.

Huh? Apart of the name what's common! I'd just like the basic Khaki in auto, no extra dial, same size. Huh.

And no extra clicks to find it on the page posted. Here you go:

May I ask for a link to find that watch? Googling was not of much help.

I bought it long time ago on Ebay. The closest one to it is now a Parnis GMT II, item 170963729799

Why would this watch be considered GMT?
I see it has a 24 hour function, yet no extra hand (that I can see) to indicate a GMT function.
