Used the SW-Motech Light mount, bought from Twisted Throttle.

Nicely done, and looks great!

What does the light bar mount to, and how?

I used J-bolts to mount mine.

OK, I finally read ALL of this thread (wew!) and conclusion is that I placed a massive order on Sanjoh's lights and accessories

From what I read and see it's hard to beat these lights beer/cent ratio and Sanjoh is very responsive both here and in Mail.

Now stay tuned for pictures of installation on
- Ural 750 Ranger
- Virago 1100
- Jeep Wrangler (JK)

Just one question for now: I wil wire the lights dirct on battery but I don't know if the 12 Volts is very stable on the bikes or if there are still spikes coming in from the alternator...
Would you suggest a condensator up-front and if yes what kind and size?
Or are lhe lights already protected on their own ?
No wanna fry them right away...

The lights are protected for reverse polarity, they will handle a pretty significant spike, up to 30v DC. I would not recommend a condensator (capacitor) unless the voltage drops below 8v which I don't think will happen with a properly maintained 12v battery.

8V ? Need to use my Kickstart if that happens on the URAL (Forget the Virago... gonna leave it there i )
