Ya know? I've never been attracted to the V-Max really. But, last year I wondered by a Yamaha dealership during one of Yamaha's demo day things. I rode a couple of bikes and just glanced at the V-Max. Then I actually sat on it in the parking lot. I was quite surprised! What appeared to be a large ungainly motorcycle just seemed to disappear as I sat on it. It was a strange sensation, but the bike did feel much smaller and manageable from the saddle than appearances would suggest. I've been kicking myself ever since for not taking a spin on it too. Probably would have been a fun ride.

My mechanic has a 94 Vmax. As I was admiring it in his shop one day he tossed me the keys. A couple hours later I came back impressed. Fun ride!!!

And my bike was repaired!

I have always wanted a Repsol Honda. The irony of a little 250 sporting those colors is pretty cool, too. And we set a closing date for our house, so I'm feeling pretty poor . Cheap bikes are suddenly very appealing.

Not normally a fan of H-D (not enough space in the ergos for me; think cruiser platforms are boring) but this bike I really like!

See more here: http://www.bikeexif.com/harley-xl1200#more-14909
I'd really like to get more info - like where the wheels came from, the length of those rear shocks, the rear frame mods, etc.

A guilty desire of mine...

...but I'd skip the assless chaps and t-shirts and go ATGATT.

HP2 Sport... It's the only bike I've ever test ridden that made me say "I gotta have this!", and I've tested lots of crazy bikes over the last few years (Tesi 3D was the other omfg bike). One day...

Jealous... Honestly, I would love to ride one, and hopefully find things about it that I don't like. In the end, even if I loved it like no other bike on the planet, I'm not sure I could make myself get off the (+/-) $25K to buy it.
