The issue is going to be whether you have an "upto 06" or 07. Look to be different.

Thanks for the encouragement from all you inmates! What I would like to do, is get a list of possible interested people. SO, feel free to PM me w/your name and email address and tell me if you'd be interested in a 2000-2006 RFS Case Saver or a 2007 RFS Case Saver. That way when they are ready, I can notify directly. Here's some pictures of the limited edition orange I did for some of the KTM 350 Case Savers!

The orange ones are still the same low price as the black ones....$60 and free shipping for ADV inmates! sorry for the poor quality cell phone pics. Get yours now and send me a good picture of it on your bike to share.

Had a little setup going on for KTM Demo Day. Lots of fun.

Trailjammer Designs now has Case Savers for the 2008-2013 KTM 250 and 300 2 stroke bikes! That's awesome news! I hope to add some more pictures soon. I'm hoping to finally have a bike to work with by this friday so if everything works out how it should, could possibly have a prototype by monday or so. I'll keep my fingers crossed that I get the bike.

It will be based off an '06 450 if I get that bike here. Thanks for asking.

finally after 4 months, finally got the chance to ride the 350. awesome bike.

case saver looks like oem.....even the huge decal...

fit and looks = 10

For sure. I'd love to be able to make more. Looks like the 640 LC4 might be the same case from '98-'07. The tricky part to making that case saver is the raised portion in the left upper corner. :( I'd want that covered. TJD has come a long way so far. Started with one exhaust guard and now we have tons of different models of exhaust guards and case savers. We keep on kicking out one quality product at a time. Thanks for the support and I look forward to more models down the road.
