The advrider forum inmates have saved me a lot of time and money over the last few months. To everybody who recommended I buy the Sidi Crossfire TA boots and verified that the v-strom 650 would work great for me, thank you so much. I think a year or so would have gone by and I would be wishing I had spent the extra money instead of buying entry level gear (and not even having an idea of what kind of gear I needed anyways!)

Buy the best quality you can afford, and take care of it.
