Inline fuel injection fuel pump
Hello Y'all,
I am trying to piece together the parts to fuel inject my Honda Xr650r. I am looking for an inline fuel pump for a fuel injection setup that isn't too big and has low amp draw. Do any of you have any suggestions? Thanks, Tony

There is some good info here on a DR650 FI project that would probably be helpful on the pump and in general...

Fi "kit"
Check out the link below. Looks like it would be viable to FI you're bike. All of the hard stuff is done, you plug and play.

My throttle body
Anotherguy,
I bought a Honda Trx700xx throttle body off of eBay. I also ordered a throttle boot for it from the local dealer. The boot fits right up to the head on the Xr fine. It is a little snug but it fits. The intake side of the throttle body is smaller than the stock carb or the Edelbrock that is going to get replaced. I may have to machine an adapter for this connection. The other possiblity would be to make a new airbox that that I could have more room for the Microsquirt that I am going to buy along with a better regulator/rectifier. I am thinking of using the Ltr450 fuel pump. I got a fuel tank from a Ltr450 that has the pressure regulator and the filter assembly with it. That should be in on Wednesday. Now I just need to reassemble the engine and get to work on this. I just started back into school so this is a back project to graduating. Thanks for the help, Tony
