It surely does, 15 minute valve checks, another 5 if you have to re-shim.

So, gonna have to delay the inevitable for a sunny day in the condo parking lot. Seen the links, time for a deep breath of spring air, in the spring, and go for it. FYYFF.
Valve JOB or valve clearance check? Two very different things.

Hey has anybody seen or (hopefully have a link) for an extension harness for the 2010 enduro R instrument? I swear I have seen one for sale somewhere, but I have been looking all night without success

FWIW - you can get harley Shims for the V-rods in smaller increments than the ones from KTM if you want a more accurate fit. KTM ones go at 0.005 mm and the HD ones are 0.0025 per step
Thank you

Now we have finished the EVO2 moulds we are back onto some development jobs we want to get into production this spring.
One of them is our 2 piece billet clutch cover to suit the KTM 690 Enduro and Rally.
Here are a couple of shots of the finished CNC machined model, which we will fit to an engine, before making the final billet aluminium parts.

I'm curious as to how the main fairing mount that fits against the steering stem can miss the big black plastic wire junction thing that is already there...and if there is enough slack in the instrument panel wiring to move it to the Rally Raid dash board...I'm waiting to see what (if any) your frustration level is as you install...
I'm heading for central Mexico end of March and would like to have the fairing and tanks mounted by then...

The big plastic housing is removed and the wiring loom re-routed through our cockpit support. It reaches easily up to the speedo mounted in the dash, for either the Adventure,or in this case, the Rally version.

I trashed that Big Black junction box long ago!
the wire loom seem to have lots of slack in it.
I will post pics as I do the install.
