Yeah, we'll match the fairing stripes to the tin ones, not the other way around.

A most generous and agreeable plan. Jack can school Gerry in proper Thomas Tank Engining. He brings those things to bed every night....

There must be a way to move the hinge hardware rwd a bit no? Will it leave rear subframe hangin' out the back? Maybe a swb subframe?
Oh wait. I got a better idea. Cut a 2x4 sized hole in the gas tank at the steering head so you can slip a 2x4 in an bash the back side of the tank out to fit. That way you can get a nice tight custom fit and greatly reduce the ever present scrotum pinch danger. When you're done, just weld up the hole. No pesky hinge adjustments. Did Bino have his butterscotch handy?

Just moved to Airheads? I thought it was here all the time. Well, welcome to (this part of) The Asylum. Eh.
Gazing around the shop, I spy lots of interesting things upon the walls... ![]() --Bill

That happened to me once when I was three years old. The family was coming back from the mountains or the beach and we had to stop and change cars late at night. I was soooo sleepy I crawled under one of the cars and went back to sleep. They didn't miss me till they got home but I was sitting in the cop station by then enjoying ice cream.

Whatever happened with the oilhead rear end for your GSPD? I want to see someone else stumble through that minefield and document it before I try it.
