With Zumo models before the 660 a CD or DVD used to be supplied with all the maps on and a copy of Mapsource to load on your PC, now that all the maps come preloaded there commonly is no disc as I think Garmin are wanting to migrate users to the BaseCamp web based planning tool.
After a prolonged email exchange with the supplier they finally suggested that I call Garmin Support Europe. Initially they tried to persuade me to use BaseCamp but I argued that as the 10 or mates I ride with every week all year round down very small roads in the North of England all used Mapsource to plan the routes, I needed Mapsource so we could exchange and discuss routes from the same software.
Try your local support the software is hidden somewhere behind Download History I think.
