Howdy gents. Looks like I missed a good swill. Won't be the last I am sure. I have to study a new aircraft, going to Flight Safety in Lafayette, LA for 4 days and then 2 days at my company HQ flying the aircraft and taking a check ride. Will be flying the 407 now. It is a hot rod so should be fun. Still not as comfortable as an A-star, and has complicated FADEC system to boot. At least it starts itself.

I am also studying for the ATP, will be spending a week in Denton, TX in March getting that done. Will be flying the little civilian version of what the Army called the TH-55. That will be fun working a manual throttle again. Haven't done that in years.

Maybe in Spring I can go for a moto ride. Maybe.

Later

That sounds like some enjoyable flight training Elvis, you are having to suffer through. Does this get you an advancement in pay to or just a more secure place at work? Good luck enjoy yourself.
