We think it's a standard GP8 course with the pylons set 6 metres apart. Will get some confirmation on that though.

Have confirmation that the pylons are 6 metres apart for the Siso GP, but as it's a practice obstacle the object is to gradually reduce the distance between them down to 4 metres.
On the matter of practice obstacles, our friends in Japan have let us know about the Trykhana or TekeTeke obstacle which really tests your ability to transition from full power to full brakes and back again. Here is a diagram from a Japanese website http://caramel.xsrv.jp/hgc/trycahna.html Here is a video of a rider having a go at it.

One of our UK riders has produced a diagram of the Siso GP course, but has split it up into five sections to make it much easier to remember. I'll dig it out and post it up.

Hopefully this is the page from the Adachi System Course Catalogue that shows the five parts of the Siso GP.
Hopefully it will make it much easier to memorise. Please let me know if you still have problems.

Ok, it's in the very depths of winter and it's snowing, What better time to get out on the bike and get some Moto Gymkhana GP8 practice in!
Sometimes I doubt the sanity of some of the British riders.

I remember riding my bicycle in the snow and that was challenging. Can't even imagine a motorbike in snow...well, I can imagine it, but don't want to do it.
