[QUOTE=WelshLAMB;20519975]I assume vent for rear tanks is lower than front tanks fuel level and level in fronttanks higher than rear filler when full. So does petcock have to be turned off until front tanks empty a bit?
Not necessarily the petcock has to be closed, if the vent tube ends near the triple clamps, itm higher than the main tanks... right?

[QUOTE=HeatXfer;20538870]If the main tanks' fuel level is above the aux tank's level, won't the fuel seek it's own level and fill the aux tank's vent line to the level of the main tanks? I am not familiar with fuel tank venting requirements, but wouldn't a vent line full of fuel present a potential problem? Is an air gap required?
Sure, the vent tube will be filled by gas, but the vacuum should take it back to the tank I believe :-) Testing will show us...

Very cool to be able to do stuff like this. How many litres do you think it will hold?

The model is saying 8,3 liters, but reality will be one liter less as there will be some air pockets...

Any chance of being able to make provisions for ABS ???
Maybe as easy as shorten the tank although not sure how much cap would be lost to cost & value ? Or even make a pocket for the ABS pump ?

Xfingers pls. so that this one for NO-ABS models works well and when the investment returns back, I will invest into the solution for models with ABS. I have already some idea :-) But timewise - Christmas if all goes well with this one...
