So I put it in the spreadsheet - here's everything I need to know.
As of right now I have zero russian TDs. To get the tank I want.. the OBJ268 - I need 765,860 research and upto 15,935,340 coin. This is if I go STRAIGHT to it without spending anything on any extra. (i.e. 765,860 research). The running research is a must - the running coins is optional because you do not have to buy tanks to unlock the next. ![]() So for example.. I have 137,000 free XP (or so) right now. I could unlock upto and including the Tier 7 SU-152 and then just spend 1.305 million to buy it.. and start playing from there (saving over 2 million - not including add-ons) or I could save up another ~70k in free XP and start with the ISU-152 and 2.520 million saving another 2.1 million. Of course.. whatever Tier I buy in at.. at that point I'll start having to pimp the tanks I'm playing, so all the numbers will change from that point and above - I just have to decide where to buy in at

I honestly wouldn't go in above Tier 7. Even with that SU-100-44 in the garage, at that point you're going to be behind the 8-ball for a while with crew training. Most Tier 7 crews are started on their first perk when they get there, and well into that perk when they move to Tier 8.
And it looks like your spreadsheet made the assumption that you're keeping every TD in the line instead of selling them back, making your number of credits needed come in high.

What I'm considering doing is going in at Tier 8 and taking one of my two Soviet heavy crews (both of which are almost to their 2nd perks) and converting it to the TD line
![]() As I mentioned; the credit running total is irrelevant.. as you can buy in anywhere.

You're also forgetting to add the XP and credit requirements for the various upgraded components, and the sell-back of stock gear with each increase.

Well, when you spend almost $34K on ammo for the round, it eats into the profits really quick. Welcome to high tier battles. 23 shots at $1060/shot for regular AP and 2 shots at $4800/shot for gold rounds adds up quick.
