I'd say "Let the butchering begin", but once again, Doug is a step ahead of me.

waitin on some dirtster parts, so I can get that thing goin.
I picked up this 44 chief recently, & today Im trying to get the charging system ironed out, & do a little tuning on it. I'll probably just swap it over to 12 volts & put a cycle electrics generator on it, would save me some headaches I think pretty bike, but more chrome than I would prefer.

a 3 seater would be nice if I was single, then I could double date easier!
(my old sidecar outfit was handy for that) But, since Im not, the first thing I did was put a solo seat on it.

Doug, I just checked the latest pages in this thread (after a long time) and saw the Ducati. If you need any oddball parts, let me know. I still have several boxes of various parts from my old Monster and a 92 900SS/Superlight that I got as a basket case way back. That includes small stuff up to a good crankcase, fresh rebuilt crank for 92-93 models, etc.

Nahhh, didn't want to head to Dania. I had a boatload of chores to do around here while the weather is perfect. I actually got a good bit of it done.
If you ever find the need to do clutch work or head work on the Duc while you have it, PM me. I've made up a couple of special tools that I hung on to after selling both Ducs. Just in case .This guy is a straight-up guy and was my main parts source. Chris Kelley at http://ca-cycleworks.com/
