Then you missed a large part where they compare the arrest rates along with the conviction rates. Both are lower than the comparative population.

It is a problem of publicity, not quantity.

Sometimes it fails (Moss, Harris, Rice(?) )

Otherwise a player being identified with just one team is a rarity nowadays, as opposed to the 70's.
