Picked up a 79 xl 250 on the cheap. Not sparking according to PO who had it about 8 years and never got around to it. Looking forward to getting the manual and getting started! Thanks Chris. Hi mate,
I would love a copy of that manual. I scored a free licensed '82 XL 250 off my brother-in-law I am currently re-winding the stator so I can ride the old girl. Then I'll slowly be rebuilding and bringing her up to scratch.
