That's pretty cool. I checked their website and discovered the Changing Mat - I might just have to buy one of those. It looks mighty useful and folds up small.

Next year instead of a raffle we should work on havig a "swag bag" for every participant like they do at the big celebrity award events. How cool would it be to have 200 Giant Loop bags loaded up with MSR fuel bottle, exped sleeping mat, Cruz tool kit, first aid kit, HD tubes, alloy tire spoons, etc, etc.

I wish I could get some dirt in first :( With two small kids it's tough to get out on a daddy-only weekend. Because of that I'm reserving Thursday to acclimate myself to the dirt on my new 606s (and as said before anybody is welcome to join).
Add to that I'm friggen BUSY now! Big Bear on Feb 16-18, Disneyland that next Saturday, Cal. Advetnure the Saturday after that, Jeep event that Sunday, then a couple weekends to get the KLR together for DV, then Mammoth and the next weekend DV! That's why I say if you get in a pinch and need somebody to do something shout at me ;) I'd hate to see you get all the fun sucked out of the even for yourself because you're too busy running it, BTDT.

I'd get confirmation there is a slot before sending in money dude. Registration ended a little while back. I suggest standing by and waiting for NSFW or FYYFF to chime in.

sorry, the fees are already deleted since the list is now closed. though it looks loose, it's due for fixing.
we had a deadline and everyone complied, however, i let a few slide in. shame on me. the campground can handle more than 200 but i don't want collecting $ from hereon. prefer to focus on the planning, riding and food. if i have more time, i would rather spend it soliciting raffle prizes. i still have to reconcile all the payments received and the participant's code. there are a lot of numbers do not match. if you get an email from me, that means you're one of them. ersin (FYYFF) and i will have a separate list limited to 10 people (it won't be posted). if someone bails out we will contact you so you could pay immediately. you may want to pay also while on the waiting list, and you get a full refund if you didn't get in.. |
