I'm not sure about the width/height, but it's an odd shape - looks round from the front, but it has a complex curve on the face. I think it's ever so slightly oblong top to bottom as well.

I just got the abs unit on my 2007 R1200R fixed by Module Masters. Good work, quick turn around.
They did me good. I recommend them. Works just like if should. Saved me $2100. Mark |

The Rocksters were my first BMW love affair. Some guy at work when I still had my first bike (a 1200 Bandit) had one and I really wanted that bike

Do yous guys use a Mighty vac or the like when bleeding your brakes? I had my ABS unit off and there is lots of air.

Hey Mark, I believe that using a vac tool is a bad idea in bleeding the ABS brakes on these things. I read on the MOA or R1200R board something about the vacuum affecting the rubber seals in the ABS module. Check with Don E, I think he is the one who posted that.

Fired up the heater today in the ManCave and installed my new to me sport shield:
![]() ![]() I painted the brackets black before installing it. I''ll have to get a paint pen to do the touch ups. Can't wait for the test ride!

Yup I got the screen and brackets off of fleabay for $150.
I actually just bought a screen off of fleabay for just $16 but it didnt have the brackets. I was looking for the brackets when I came across this one. The screen has some scuff marks on so I plan on buffing them out and then reselling it. |
