![]() Time for some practice to ensure super awesome photos of eggy are taken. Cell phone and point and shoot just don't do Eggy justice. « Something yellow this way comes » |

I can see how it might seem that way to those that live, ride and tag in the tagging doldrums.

I think I perturbed all the mileage taggers by snagging Eggy on a dirt bike before the clues were even posted. :-)

Us North Carolinians take our tagging seriously. When Rugby had eggy, he posted that he was going make the drop on a particular day. I packed a bag and was going to head up to Raleigh and wait for him to drop it, just to get a headstart. Amazingly, my wife thought that was completely reasonable. But alas I did not due to work, and even with the headstart, wb57 would have STILL bruced me. Those TriToR guys play hard.

Sadly I didn't notice the dirt allowed in this one, or I'd have stashed him in the woods.
Half or more of the taggers have dirt bikes. I do have a few interesting ideas if I get him back. ;-)

So do I, but I've got a suspicion that he's getting ready to head west for a while.

Funny thing is, there were at least a few other folks getting geared up to do exactly what you did.

I did a lot of researching online looking for a good spot for eggy.
I posted an early clue he was going south Sat.but not where. Booked a room on Pawley island SC. Was going to put him in the Francis Marion park in Georgetown but too many people around (and a Gardner trimming bushes) So I rode another hr west to his grave site. JR gets the cannonball award for his ride.

I agree. Since the last three sat on the egg for so long, I would say they are trying to hatch a plot!

If you notice when Eggy is in NC he travels around a little bit before he takes a trip out. There are a good variety of taggers around here, some(like me) that do mostly short rides, some that do short and long, then some that ride out of state regularly. LW just likes riding to the beach
You got this via Crapatalk
