Most of my bikes (5/8) have been Ducs, but I wouldn't call myself a brand snob because I don't think they are better for everyone, they're just what I prefer. Light, fast, and sexy is what I like, but for others longer range, off-road capabilities, comfort, cost, etc may be more important factors, so other brands work for them. I've met some off-putting riders, but any bike is a good bike at some level.
