The heaters have a automatic shutdown when it senses a lack of oxygen, probably would leave in front of a vent or open window. Also will have a CO alarm.

Got started on the other side early today,

Made a cardboard template for the backsplash.

Laid it out on the diamond plate and transferred the layout.

Fit perfect! (with a little trimming)

Used a FRP trim piece for the exposed joint, cabinets will cover everything else.

Looks factory! just have to glue it all together now.

Remember that sufficient 02 does not mean there isn't an excess of CO. You can get CO poisoning with 21% oxygen. Your trusting only the CO alarm.
I'm not saying that using this will kill you in the event your CO monitor fails, but you may wake up with massive headaches and mild retardation.

Edit to add: CO is slightly lighter than air. Keep that in mind.

If you're only using it for a short time and shutting it down while sleeping, go for it. I wouldn't trust an unvented hydrocarbon burning heater in an enclosed box while asleep though. Do they have a vented version of that heater? I'd be interested in that.

I really haven't planned on heat as I really haven't needed it in the past, maybe something to take the chill off at times? I know I am not spending $500 on a furnace.

Got the FRP up on the drivers side, uses a lot of glue. I used a whole gallon in the trailer.

I got the backsplash installed.

Trim ring and all!

I got a lot done today! I'm exhausted...

FRP and diamond plate base are in.

And........ CABINETS!!!!

Uppers are INNNNNN!!!

Pushed the base into place just so I could see...

I am loving the portholes!

Time for Super bowl now....

Great work! It looks awesome.

I'm curious as to how many bikes you think will fit, and how they are going to be arranged? That deep base cabinet has me a little concerned for how I have envisioned my own trailer in the future.

But she is a fabulous build!

The plan was to get 5 bikes in there but it won't work, I wanted a 18" deep base cabinet but for financial reasons I went with a stock 24" deep cabinet. I thought about cutting it down but ...ain't gonna do it.

So I should be able to get 4 bikes in there, one up front and 3 wide across the back. I already put the bikes in there to try it and it seems to work, I will be doing the mounts and wheel chocks soon so we'll see.

I think I squeezed out a bit more room by putting in the chocks facing the walls, each one on the opposite side. Lay it out, it may work for you too.
My box is 8' across though; wide enough by about 12".

Mine is a 6' wide so about 12" short...my life story

I did not want to go wider for ease of towing and MPG but 8' wide sure does make it easier to fit bikes in. In general we bring 4 bikes to the track but I still can fit 2 more in the back of the truck so I'm good for now...

I have been waiting to drill the holes for the water fill and electric cord until I could borrow a 3-1/2" hole saw and today I did, dark and snowing I put on my LED headlight to drill away so I could return it tomorrow. I did take time to reflect what was wrong with me as snow flakes fell down my back as I drilled the holes (no court has been able to prove anything by the way) but I attributed it to be a good friend that wanted to return the drill as promised...

The mark-out.

Holes drilled and everything in for a test fit,

Water, electric cord, battery vent and a exterior outlet below. I didn't install anything as it is in the 20's and didn't want to caulk anything.

Although to cold to do anything outside I planned on cleaning up my HD cabinet front diamond plate inlays... my way of making my regular(and cheaper) cabinets worthy of the build.
So first thing was to clean up the edges, started big but ended up small, a quick wire brushing and they were good to go.

Clamped in with wood so they don't get scratched,

Laid out the holes with ultra sophisticated equipment,

Pre drilled,

Countersunk,

And installed, a little silicone behind for adhesion.

And one section done!
