Photobucket Q?

I google images and successfully download them to my iPad. Then, I open Photo bucket and "upload" successfully. but when i try to link to ADVrider, I'm unable to copy the URL; is every image is somehow protected and that doesn't allow for linking? is this new? Any ideas? Am I messed up?

Usually, when I want to use an image from the net, I right click on the image, click on properties and highlight the web address. I then right click on the highlighted web address and click copy. Then when posting on any forum, I click "add image" and paste in the box.

I only use Photobucket for photos I've taken, so I don't have a solution for doing it that way.

You might be snagging the wrong line of code to get your images to appear in ADV:

Here, this might help, couple screen shots showing the code line to COPY and PASTE into your ADV posting.

I just copied this in from photobucket.

Hit the photo, it will put up a Save or Copy option.
Hit save, come to ADV, open the yellow box, backspace the http, then paste.

but can you make it appear bigger than 2" square using that method?

My screen shots were from Photobucket, showing the code lines.

I think the OP was askin about Photobucket, that was why i went in that direction

Now I have to trump your Suzuki image with a dang KLR image, you know that, right?

I think photo bucket changed some of its layout/features to make things easier. They work, once you realize that the old, difficult way of doing things has been eliminated. .
