The Habs aren't fast enough to make up for being so small. Just no forecheck.

Kudos to the Bs for game management this entire period. I keep waiting for things to open up and its just calm and dare I say, boring, out there.

Werd! I knew he would not be coming back!!! Who in their right mind takes a year off, for any reason, at age 38??? Rask and Kab? will do fine.

I am still worried Rask is not stout enough for an entire season. Tiime will tell, and he will be helped by this shortened season. But he is no Tim Thomas.

I agree, but you gotta move forward with the people who are there, and it's been obvious TT didn't want to be there, at least this season. Rask has a lot of time to prove he is a top netminder... Moving on.

I think Ference and Pallie are going to be on the block around trade deadline. Both of their contracts end soon. I think trade deadline is going to be interesting to say the least.

Having watched him since he came over to the US and before that when he was in televised intl play, he still gets a bit flustered when screened. The first few times the Monarchs played him in the AHL he was lights out great. Once they figured out crease pressure made his game go south, we owned him. He has gotten much, much better in that regard, but I am still not convinced that come crunch time, you cannot seriously rattle him by playing outside the accepted rules. He is a fantastic athlete, no question there. But he is oft hurt, and a bit slight of build for the rigors. I hope I am wrong and he can be as big an asset as the King is in NY. But I have yet to be convinced. I want to know where Subban is.....that kid is built, and has great junior numbers. But nowhere since the early tests in Wilmington.

ugh. need Rinne to get lit up tonight in a fantasy league, but Nashville is playing... Minnesota!

The Wild suck. The locals are pissed off already. Coach got the dreaded 'vote of confidence' from the GM. Gonna get ugly soon.

Hey now, not all the locals are pissed off. Some of us may even have a been laughing a little bit. I talked to a friend who was at the Vancouver game the other night. He said it was dreadful to watch.
