That's an Africa Twin.

I've been wishing Honda would import them for the last 20 years...

Actually you are both right: it was an Africa Twin and GP Made it into a Dakar Replica :)

I switched from a 690 Enduro to a 950 ADV - unless you really love the tight, twisty dirt/sand/mud and you must have the lightweight 690, do it - you will not regret it one bit, especially on larger open roads and trails.

I have one and for my 450, it's great. Beats pulling the trailer and suffering through 55mph speed limits :)

Thanks for the info. Checked it out, prob for me is weight capacity of my wimpy Honda Element in this set up is too low per their info. Looks like a great product though. There's a place that sells 'em close to my house so I'll double check w/them in person.

Trailer. There are very few cars that will allow a hitch type carrier.

Yes, it is my "nxr"

The fork from my adv comes from a 690, and they are set for a 100 kg driver.
It was a bike for the Italian Rally competition.
