If it comes up short...I will cover the difference with Lonestar...

If it goes over give it to the Stewards of the Sequoias....

Done....

Back to the important stuff....

+1, and fixed.

If it comes to it I can help cover the difference as well.

There are at least a few of us that will make sure the trash bill is covered.

Get the trash removal option. It will get paid for.

Ill do my part as well and help with any shortfall, hopefully the honor system will overpay for this and the extra funds can be donated to a worthy cause.

Every year I have done this rally I always packed out my garbage if the dumpsters were full.
What I can never understand is how we end up with so much trash in the first place.

If each person packs out what they pack in then it would be a lesser issue.

Especially if each camp kept a collection of the glass and cans then the paper from the cases of beer etc can be burned in the fire pit.

DONT burn plastic etc, I have seen too many cases of people throwing the cans in the fires as well.

I doesnt take much to clean up an area after something like this.
Just my .02

I will be leaving my camp site as clean as when I got there, like always. Not a hard thing to do.

I've been known to scold people in the Jeep world for leaving a dirty camp behind (after I pick it up, of course). I promise to do that here too. There is no reason PSR should have to do anything other than call for the container(s) to be picked up.

Get rid of paper/plastic plates, cups and cutlery. Everyone needs to bring in (and out again) their own stuff... just like you would if camping on your own.

Trash issue

Hey Joel, it's Marcia. If you would prefer something more formal for trash money I can collect the money from everyone when they are checking in to get their badges. Just a thought.

Badges? We don't need no stinkn badges!

But I'll put my $$ in for the trash as needed Let just hope there are enough porta-potties as that stuff is really messy to pick up

Personally, now that we know the garbage fees will get covered... I think it should be honor system. See what these guys are made of.
