Reset first read post on a thread?
"Subscribed Threads" has the little triangle to "Go to first new post." Is there any way to reset that so the entire thread is unread? I often find an ongoing trip report via a link from another thread. If I want to start reading the report from the beginning, it would be nice to track where I leave off. The triangle always takes me back to where I first jumped in.

Can't think of a way to do that with the forum software, but you could always throw a bookmark in your browser.

If you were to delete the subscribed thread then subscribe again it would give you the "reset" that you're after.

It sounded good this morning. Not so much now.
![]() My apologies. I'll do some research and ask some questions.

Bump. Anyone figure this out yet? It'd be nice to be able get vBulletin to 'forget' the last-post-read location of a thread. E.g., I run a across a RR that I like and start reading from the beginning, but there's no way I'm getting through it all in one sitting. I'd like to be able to come back to it where I left off. Eh?
