az-twin, that looks good. You threaded a hole in the HB bracket. Did you drill into the subframe? So one bolt goes through both brackets and frame. The other bolt is just attached to the hb bracket. And the other bolt goes through hb and frame.

I am running a sw mototech rear rack and remus exhaust. The exhaust will need to be adjusted also since holes do not line up.

You read my mind. I was going to ask for a pic without the bag. Nice fabrication! I like how you mitered it to follow the lines of the swing arm and at the bottom too.

Depends on how you crash and if you break the handlebar bolt off when you crash. The TT radiator bar on my bike has a few scars, so I think it is worth it.

Tee, it's the SW-Motech bars OR the TT radiator bar correct? i.e. you can't mount both?

Correct. You can only mount one of them.

We did manage to put the two new Iridium plugs in. After the center stand gets done I have to cut the Touratech skid plate to fit the SW-Motech crash bars. After that will be the Oxford heated grip install. She's coming along but slower then I'd like.
Heres TT large plate fitted with Swmotech bars.

Yes, the one bolt just holds the Ohlins bracket to the H&B bracket. I cut the end of the bolt off so it does not go all the way through, then I used Red Loc tight on that one bolt so it would stay. I made it up the CDR like that, so I think it is good.

Antti, thanks for the pic. I bookmarked it on my phone the last time you posted it for me.

Sure can.
I made my own hoops

Had to fit everything just so

Got it all fitted and welded

Then had it powder coated

Put it on and admired it
