Been watching this on and off.
Sad to hear about your Mum, Lasse. Remember the good times and keep her with you. I may have missed it but what pistons did you use? I've ordered some Pro-X +0.25mm kits for my 250. I can only hope they are well made. Getting OEM was a bit problematic, so I went non-genuine. Regarding the ducktail, when I eventually get around to doing my 400, I'm going to see how the ducktail of an XS11 suits. it just so happens that I've got an old one on hand. That's a good while away yet.

That's a really nice step in my opinion...
It's starting to look like a real engine! Congratulations, go on!

Hey Lasse..
What happened? Are you thinking of a colour change to the frame? Or the paint job didn't satisfy you? Anyway, I think it will be better than the one that was already done.. It's really nice to ride a bike in which you have put your heart and all the effort you could.. Go on with it! Greetings!

The guy who painted it the first time around was a real douche. No primer, no prep, places where paint was missing etc.
So I figured I'd try myself :) I am picking it up today :) |

I got my parts back as expected, which is awesome! I went and got some red primer, spray bondo and semi gloss black. Wether the paint needs a lacquer, the can does not say.
I will start by painting the rear swingarm to see if its a finish I am satishfied with. Sendt fra min GT-S5690 med Tapatalk2 |
