It's a nice KLR with crash bars, skid plate, center stand, and more already added for off road use, but it probably has less than 50 gravel road miles on it. Omar mostly rode it to work and chased tags with me on it.

Maybe the wrong thread but I am looking for a Box and Pan Brake 48" wide in good shape 16 gauge and a older model similar to a Roper Whitney, Tennsmith, etc. Also a 48" to 52" foot stomp Shear, again an older model in good shape. Will be working primarily with aluminum. Any thoughts or leads appreciated and cost is a factor since I am semi-retired.

Seriously though, it's been a very good bike. I've put about 10,000 miles on it, but in the last year it's only had 1400 miles. That's about 6 rides IIRC. It has been ridden as it should have been. Lots of gravel roads, old paved roads, some mud, and even some single-track in the mountains. I barely have time for one bike right now, and I can take the Tenere 90% of the places I can take the DRZ, just a little bit slower.

Plus with one less bike in the garage I could put the car seat in the truck without backing it out first...

Oh, it also makes an excellent prop for photos

It will come with a new petcock, fresh oil, fresh spark plug, and a recent valve check/adjust.

Going to make one last attempt to sell my Honda because I really want that Tiger 955i thats at the Kickstand. $4,000 or will consider trades for other more touring oriented adventure bikes. I really want to get my wife into motorcycling but she will never want to drive one herself so I need a bike big and comfortable enough for both of us.

I've got what I believe are stock KLR footpegs. They are free to whomever reminds me to grab them and bring them on our next ride or comes over here to drink a beer with me. (you don't have to take the footpegs to come over here and drink a beer with me, btw).

Edit: Looks like I've also got a stock gearshift lever too.
