I got caught in the middle of it twice on a recent trip in and around the Smokies. I got home yesterday, this morning the bike wouldn't start, no clicks from the fuel pump. Brought this home today...
First time on anything else than a gsxr I have to admit it feels quite good... I think I am gonna have some great fun with this one.

Hopefully I will have some dirty pictures after the weekend.

Let the farkling begin! Get a sidestand relocator first. Get those bars raised up with some brand of riser and it'll feel even better.

If you've only ever ridden GSXR's, I'm curious as to how you decided your next bike was going to be a Katoom 990.

I have to admit that even though I need to relearn most of my driving habits it does feel better since I recently moved to an island with lost of bumps, holes on the road, slippery roads etc

Well as I mentioned above I found myself on an island with no good pavement around or a track, but lots and lots of dirt and mountains etc. Exactly what a 990 likes :)

Im going to do the same tomorrow, camp in the woods, I sure hope a lot of willingly helpful naked girls would keep me warm and dry!
