I had one of those rare moments today where I was rooting for the other team to win. I dround my self in sheer stupidity early on in the battle and did not want to waste my x5 on a 200 damage round with the T1 HT.

Worst losses I've had in many, many months - all to try to get x5's. Holy shit the teams were bad tonight.

But then, against really good HAVOC players, with a few good ones on my team, I scored the Invader and Sniper awards with my T110E5 in a mostly tier-ten battle where it came down to me to win it.

It's not like it was a stellar battle, but when I see that many good players I certainly don't expect to have to be the one fighting the last big tanks and trying to salvage a win out of it.




This was really about the only battle that went 'right' tonight without 10,000 tries to win.

My win rate should now be at about 50% after all that crap.

Edit: Although... whaddya know? My efficiency went up for all the trying, despite me being at 50% wins just about exactly

On the subject of tanks I finally got the T54. I fucking hated the T44 and never played it so it took while to build up enough research credits. I forked over some gold and immediately put the big gun and turret on the T54 and am loving it. I equipped it with vent and rammer and plan to add the stabilizer when my silver acct recovers. I rarely live through the end of a battle with it since it seems people swarm to me like flies which lets my team swoop around and ass rape them. I just need the bigger engine now.

I didnt even get all my x5's before work tonight. as mentioned, really bad game play. Did win in my T28proto with my T30 crew for the best x5 of the night. miserable bright spot but I gotta take what I can get

Sadly I will miss out on saturday and sunday chances. Dirtbikes on ice take precedence.

Hooked up with IMANOOBY and finally started winning some, wow the teams suck. That or they nerfed my account. It would be interesting to know how many players on each team have premium accounts...

Tell me about it...I was 20 and 19 last night with a 1915 efficiency. I was sure doing my job. I lost in the Hellcat twice in a row, with 5 kills in each match. I never have 5 kill matches back to back and lose both of them.

Not lately. I tend to only have time for a few rounds when I play so just get in and out. I was in a match last night where I was the only single player not platooned up. Someone asked if I had any friends

Running my typical 1400 eff for the night. Still managed a 60% WR though. Guess I'm just lucky. Although running the T21 does shit for efficiency scores.

Gonna pull up that SU-100 duel later and figure out where I went wrong. I am still mystified as to why/how I lost that fight. Very frustrating.

I will always rememebr the T21 fondly. My win ratio with it dove off after having a good one there for a good while, but it certainly wasn't the tank's fault. My last game with it, yesterday, was a good one (I feel so bad for tier 7's when they are the top tier and I'm in a T21) for x5, then sold it and got the T71.

The T71's first game could have been absolutely amazing (upgraded tracks and gun right away) but for a lucky shot by an arty I tracked while running past him. It was the perfect set-p for hooliganism, yet the way I tracked him made his barrel shift to theleft which just so happened to be the way I was scooting past him at 45 KPH... BOOM, wow.

It would have been a killer match

I'm still pissed about all the times my T95 got swarmed by OPFOR, and my team didn't even take advantage to flank their asses and do some damage to the people attacking me.

I get it - I'm a slow, huge target - which makes me great bait for killing OPFOR while they're concentrating on me!

I see this with the 95 and the MAUS......sometimes the best strategy is to be the bullet sponge so your teammates can flank.split the opfor's attention.

Agreed! The T95 can absorb a tremendous amount of non-arty fire, so it does a good job at that.

The problem is when your team doesn't utilize that opportunity to chew up OPFOR while their attention is somewhere else....
