Paint job cost?

So, I want to paint the middle section of my G 650 GS tank (the 6" wide "strip" going from the dash to the seat, created by the natural joints of the tank) a flat black, kinda like how the sertao has it (http://autoesque.blogspot.com/2011/1...gs-sertao.html). My tank is all white. Alternatively, would the "covering center" fit on a 2009 (here: http://www.bmwmcchattanooga.com/show...mbly=1072228)?

Anyone have an idea how much this would cost? I want to know whether this is even worth looking into or not.

if you find the right place it can be done for cheap. too bad you live far from me. i paint my gs a few times a year just for the heck of it.
