Looking for some info in Vancouver WA area

Working on a bike sale, buyer is in Vancouver but I can't get a clear hit on his business address.

Can someone local tell me what's here:

i did a quickie google street view search, but it doesn't show the building.
according to that part of town it's likely some kind of auto dismantling joint.

its a buyer (from my cycle trader ad, not on here)that is asking me to ship a bike. the last bike i sold i had a guy try to get me to ship it to san diego where a middle man was gonna put it on a container boat to australia, all while the money would be tied up in a paypal hold.

this guy is going to pay with a cashiers check, and i talked to the bank it will be drawn on, and they said cashiers checks are good as cash, no hold, up to $10K

still nice to know who your dealing with.

True, I already gave him a list of banks I have locally so I could cash the check rather than deposit it. I hadn't realized that you could do this. His response was to call a friend in Tucson who is going to middleman the deal and pay cash. Too easy.
