I do get the ABS bitch though. I'm still a little bent that I couldn't get it on my ZX-14R last year and it's available this year.
Now Hawkeye Motorworks http://www.hawkeyemotorworks.com/

And I'm thinking next years FB6 gets cruise and ABS.

Make mine the Yamaha Concept XTW-250. Build it, bring it here, and I will buy it (honest!).

I'm very seriously considering one of these three bikes. Low price tag, more performance than what I've got, and pretty darn good fuel mileage

I REALLY want a CB1100, but being pragmatic I will wait to see & check out the new trio of 500's due in a month or so....
The 700's 6500 redline motor may well be practical & make Logical sense but I like a engine to rev & make horsepower even if it has a "powerband".
Like my current V Strom 1k.... strong mid range & reasonable top end surge with the "box" & slip on's... it's pretty strong up to 8500+ now. It wasn't stock tho....

I hear you there! I'm looking for enough power to get up long grades at 65+ MPH without locking the throttle wide open, good fuel economy, and affordable pricing.

Best wishes to you with your next bike

Tonight, it's this:

Fat chance of ever finding one, except that it's a late one, with the unloved comstar wheels and 4 into 1 exhaust. Love the black paint and engine. I think this may be the only 750-4 I ever rode.

Had one. Suspension beat me up on any kind of rough road. Stolen, so I went to a '79 GS 550. Not as powerful, but I could ride it all day and not get tired. Good handling bike in it's day, too.

1978 Honda CB 750 F2.... I had one for a couple of years, bought it new.
Up to the '08 650 V Strom factory seat, worst seat of any bike I'd ever owned.
Also had a annoying habit of chewing up cam's & rocker arms & dropped intake valves on 2 occasions. I was told that they (the F2 models) "Did That". To this day I have not purchased another Honda bike.
On a positive note; It would keep up with my brother in law's first year KZ1000 in a straight line....

Saw the ctx models at a recent bike show...get the black one if you're serious about a ctx...the red one makes the wee look like a super model.

Anything touring

I just had my 3rd back surgery so any bike that leans me foreword even just a little bit it out. I have, however, been dreaming of a Maryland to Alaska and back trip for quite a while now. Anything that will allow me to make that ride is what I want. Recently went to a major bike show in Timmonium Maryland and every major manufacturer was there with their respective inventories. The 2 that I found the most comfortable were the Harley Electra Classic Ultra Limited and the BMW 1600GTL. Both awesome bikes. My 9 year old co-pilot says the BMW is better.

I have been fascinated with the Scrambler lately.

This one is awesome.
