Glad you are around to post about it.

Holy $hit man, I live not to far from there and frequently ride that way. Think I've actually seen you on that bike around here. Glad you came out of this ok. As a habit, when I see left turners ahead and I'm following someone, I usually swerve left a little so the person behind them can get a glimpse of me. Of course they will only notice if they are actually looking at the road.....

And to the above quote, I noticed that when I was in Bermuda, and using a moped to get around, drivers are accustomed to looking for two-wheelers. They come to the intersection, end of their driveway etc, stop, and look right at you. None of this rolling, looking, not-seeing-anything-not-big-enough-to-run-me-over stuff. I think it's probably because most people ride/have ridden there, and have just grown up with it.

Bike yet?

Hi Bikehigh,
Did you get a bike yet? Hope you are feeling better I have all ready been dropping fertlizer at farms in Lancaster and Cumberland county NJ, so spring is getting closer. The Philly TOR is really slow with you not out there to keep it moving along. It seems stuck for three weeks how. As soon as I get the KTM topend back together I might even drag my ass down to the city to grab the tag. The drop looks like a good place to visit.PM me if you want to test ride my F800GS.

You mean like this one? Were I in the market to replace mine, this one would be in my garage already!

I tried to get him to sell me the Givi stuff, but he wants to keep it together.

Both those bikes are overpriced in my opinion. Not spending over $6000 on a six year old Bandit, don't care what the mileage is or what options it has installed. Likewise on the 11 year old bike for $4999.

I agree they are a bit high, but then again, I would not expect to pay asking price.
