Mirrors
I ride an older K75 with the original mirrors, about four in. in diameter and round. They work fairly well but I'd like a larger mirror with more glass area so that I could stick on one of those "fish eye" mirrors without taking up a third of the original mirror. Any sources or suggestions appreciated. Thanks

I have Multivex mirrors on my 1150RT , they are great. Unfortunately there seems to be some problem with the company.
Here is a website, but do some research they may be out of business. http://www.safetymirrorsonline.com/ |

The problem in finding aftermarket mirrors for a K75/K100 is that it's hard to find them with stems long enough to pass through the mirror holes in the throttle and clutch perches.
I think if you took something like this and mounted it with a long M6 bolt with a fender washer on top you'd not only get the mirrors out farther but would also be able to run a variety of aftermarket mirrors. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Black-Mirror...450bf5&vxp=mtr

The Multivex aspherical mirrors were great. I think Mr. McCord's machine for forming the glass failed and there wasn't enough business to afford a replacement machine.

These: http://www.constructorsrg.com/mirrors/blindsight.html
They clamp onto a 7/8" bar. You slide the grips in about 3/8" and clamp to the bar between the grip and bar end.
