Liz, thank you so much for taking time out to post all that. I am always amazed at how well connected our community is to so many different things.

Hey Liz - Pipe down with all that info.
We don't want too many people at the party. Brendan

I just got back from the USPC, I drove the Time Board Moto all week, what a rush. I had by far the best seat in the house

U.S. Pro Cycling Challenge and ADV
This may have been mentioned before somewhere on the these boards, but last week during the U.S. Pro Cycling Challenge, NBC had one of the commentators on the back of a BMW for "in the race" commentary. The pilot of the bike was proudly displaying an ADV sticker on the back of his helmet!
That sticker caught a lot of air time over the week long race. |

This is a great video, and the next part is pretty cool too. Check out the motos at about 15 or 16 minutes in the next part, below. From that point on you'll see how involved they are. Good radio communications going on too. Keep in mind, that the entire caravan of team cars are listening in too, so they know what's going on in the race. Part 3 of 3, The race to the finish. |

What do you think?
Hi!
Bicycle racing season has already started. While perusing the current Pro races going on in Europe, like the Paris-Nice race, I happened upon a great video of the 2012 Tour of Flanders. Check out the motos and support vehicles and official vehicles from the 5:00 minute and on. You'll see photo-mots, tv-motos (all that video footage has to come from somewhere), official-motos, police-motos, moto-marshals and more. Then there's the team cars with loads of bikes in the roof racks, that follow the whole thing. Enjoy, Liz PS: Check out the cobblestone section that starts at minute 19:00 ">
