OK, to placate Plaka...

.... a bunch of girls who really ride old motocycles!

OK, one girl that doesn't!

Inzipped jacket, shorts and goggles on helmet while underway are pretty good indicators as well that this is a photo shoot, not a serious ride.

But, mmmmm, she IS cute.

Duly placated! Man, even a grease cred shot...

I'd like to post a pic of my old riding bud Mary and her 350/4. Have to find it and scan it. Have a few others too...

One time I'm on the I80 loop west of fremont and this babe on a sportster passes on the outside. I'm in not only a truck but a small one. She looks to have a nice figure, long hair, leathers with fringes and all the Harley fittings (so they know what you were riding in the ER?).

But the rear license plate/turn signal assembly is hanging off the back of that POS by a bolt thread. So I catch up to her, start blowing the horn, pointing to the back of the bike, etc. Does she look? oh no. Waaaaay too cool---and hot. natch. I keep it up for about a mile and she just deadpans strait ahead like she's totally used to this and it's gotten old. Finally the plate et. al. falls off and I watch it get nailed by the next car along, bits of plastic and chrome and license plate going everywhere.

She'll figure it out eventually.

I'd fall out laughing if she's around and reads this. So wish I had a pic.

Are you admitting guilt for not posting the pic yourself ?

Funny thing is that I picked out the bike first; my wife's father went on and on about it whenever he saw any of my bikes. I sent the pic to her as kinda a joke asking if that was her, but she was a little upset as it was.

Note: she was 17 there. Anyway.

No, that's her ex husband's bike from a zillion years ago before I or my wife was born.

And no, we have no idea how anyone would have gotten the picture. Lol. And higher res wouldn't hurt our feelings!

Your correct, tis a Meguro before the co. became Kawasaki. The cops (1960's)used this model and a copy of the Harley w/a siren mounted on a carrier above the rear fender that was driven via a flex cable driven off the rear wheel.
