SLowly getting there with the servi-car. The subframe which the actual box will set on is pretty much done. Leaf spring is mounted.




Leaf spring is primarily for lateral support. Here is the air shock. Inflatable to 100psi. At just 25psi, feels pretty decent already.

A good bike mechanic only needs two tools, WD40 and duct tape. If it doesn't move, but should, use the WD40. If it does move but shouldn't use the duct tape.

Progress has been slow with the spring rush of customer bikes, but we are slowly getting there.

At least its a roller now.





Passed its first crucial test. It fit thru the shop doors with 1/4in to spare on each side. The other issue it passed on was that it rolls perfectly straight and true.

The interior panels are all cut and ready to be mounted.
