You have it. Simple is best and you have a good ratio of green to black. With the tank and tail green , it was too much .
Now the look is Sweet !

Lookin great! I like the way the huge front calipers balance out the massive swing arm. Good stuff.

Thanx for the positive comments chaps

The JMC s/arm is a bit OTT - so it's gonna get some extreme comments but I do have the standard item safely stored away (powdercoated same time as the frame).... but that big JMC is necessary for the 190 rear wheel/tyre.

As I'm getting on a bit now, I won't be doing much racing about like a mad-ass anymore

FINISHED

Only took 2 1/2 years... but she's now on the road - fully legal

After a couple of "shake-down" rides she's about 98% good.

The motor is from a 1977 Z1R and the carbs are fully refurbished 28mm Mikuni's (also Z1R). The bike ran pretty good first time out with a bit of hesitance at 1/4 throttle/lower revs so I upped the pilots from 17.5 to 22.5 and she's now not far off

Heres a bit of (rubbish) video of her at first start-up:
