And they look good and are made of unpainted stainless steel, so small scratches are no issue.
Yeap she's running but I broke the ventilator in Marroc due a fall... the crash bars bent and the ventilator was trapped...

I must do something to make them stronguer...

Is a good think is not painted... but mine is quite scratched ... dunno why?

To prevent scratches you could get off the bike and use the kickstand when you take a break

I think the Super Tenere has beaten some sense into you.

Yes if you like a racing bike. This is the brand new WR model with the same light and small frame than the Yamaha 250 MX bike, incredible good suspensions and brakes... powerful 450cc fuel injected engine... nice looking (lot of stickers )...
With this bike it you can go really fast without effort, she’s doing everything for you!!

So. Is nearly perfect except the fuel tank (only 7,2 litres) and the price: 8.700€ (a Yamaha Tenere 660 is about 7.000€…

When arrived home I took my DRZ-E and did the same track to compare. The Suzuki looked old fashioned, big and heavy, but I’m pretty sure I rode faster with it than with the Yamaha. The WR engine is so powerful that is difficult with my riding level to use all the power. But with the DRZ I can open full throttle and the traction is always there.
I’ve got two DRZ's so I’m very used to it, perhaps with more practice I can run faster with the WR....

These 450 enduro bikes are really fun to have a crazy riding morning but in general are too radical to me. The DRZ allows me to do more or less the same but also a long trip (I’ve got all the farkles to convert it in a trail bike).
For the moment I don’t change it.

I tried to explain that to my son who wanted the 450. There is such thing as too much.
Thanks for your opinion. Now go play.

There is definitely such a a thing as too much. Back when I had my KTM 520 EXC it was a blast for the first hour or two. But after I got worn out trying to keep it under control, it still wanted to play. A tired rider and a insanely powerful bike is a very dangerous combination.
