Touring case keys and/or lock replacement

I have a pair of cases like above, with lock cylinders installed, unlocked, no keys.
  • First choice would be to identify key code and order keys. Don't see any visible numbers on the cylinder.
  • Second choice is buy a set of six locks with keys for $70. How can I get the old ones out? Don't see a simple way to do that either.
  • Third choice, maybe the best, take bags to locksmith and let them deal with it.

Suggestions?

I kind of sorted it out. Looks like the bags originally matched the airhead ignition blank. In my odd collection of wrecks and part outs, I found one that fits close enough to work.

I'd still like to know how to get the cylinders out. Seems like there would be a possibility to get them matched up with an ignition key.

They're not quite the same lock, so I'm unsure if they have the code on them. The previous ones had them here...

I wonder if this might help, albeit from the later panniers.
