Just followed me home today 2007 St1300 with just over 14000 miles
aeroflow windsield and not sure who made the seat (yet) plus few other things like bar risers and Kaoko throtle lock

My Lady loves to ride with me but my gs its not so two up friendly (with that seat anyway) so she lets me keep it and get the Honda YAY - more toys

Looks for cops.
It's easy to speed on that puppy.

I bought it.
This thing is weird. But its sooooo smooth.
Are they normally hard to drop into corners or are the tires that square that it feels like a car tire is on the bike?

Mine felt that way too at first. A new tire fixed it right up.

+1 on that smooth speeding bit. 80mph is the sweet spot.

What tires you have on that 15K puppy?

This is my ST 1300 A Pan European (ABS, CBS, electric windshield). My extras: highway pegs, GPS holder, two 12V sockets, fog lights, heated grips and top-case rack

Not my ST1300 (I rode the Super Tenere that weekend) but that of one of my st-owner buddies at OzarkSTOC in Theodosia, MO.

I enjoyed my ST1300 a lot, great mile muncher and one of the best distance bikes I've owned.
As I look for another bike that covers the same bases, but can be found at a price I can pay cash for out of pocket - I've been looking at ST1100's.

There are some very good deals out there (aren't there always before you're ready to buy? ), look forward to a summer fly 'n ride.

In late May/early June when I am ready to buy, I'll be looking for low mile examples (in case anyone's thinking of selling ).
Pretty much the only thing I'll want for sure, is a 40A alternator, so a '96 or later or a retro-fitted earlier bike.

Good call on the 40A alternator. I would also suggest holding out for an ABS model as they have larger diameter front forks and stronger front brakes in addition to the ABS feature.
