Laugh My little Chi Chi

Hi, I was reading your thread and thought I show off my little RV 90, my daughter calls the bike Chi Chi so the name has stuck. These things are loads of fun.

Just bought a 73 RV90 and looks like I need a carb. Found a carb for a k90 that looks exactly the same. Anybody know if the RV90 and K90 carbs are interchangeable? Thanks!

This one has fresh gas/oil and good plug but the battery is dry..header is rusted out but otherwise in good condition, including the original tool kit (alas, no air pump).

Almost kickstarts.

Looks like a blast to ride and gonna be a great grocery getter.

I just got a 1975 RV90 on Craigslist also, It looks just like the blue one here.Runs great. Even got a clear title .Only thing it needs is a sear cover.

I worked for a dealer that sold those. Any metal rusted easily and something went wrong with the kickstart/clutch.

They are mainland Chinese quality.

Too bad because I really want one.

spark plug

I was wondering, seems everywhere I look a different plug is listed for the 90's

Shop manual NGK BP6HS
NGK Online Catalog B8HS

Suzuki Catalog W20F

What are you guys using?

I tried an E3 plug but it made the bike ping like crazy every time I hit a hill.
