Don't think I've seen this function anywhere else, combines weather forecast and google maps. Based on depature time it estimates weather during trip taking driving time into account.

You can zoom in and get more detailed forcast (nice if say passing a mountain) and you can change route by dragging just like you're used to in google maps. In Norwegian (sorry) but should be fairly self explanatory...or google translate.

EDIT: See Weather Channel got something similar...but think the above is better http://www.weather.com/travel/trip-planner . Might of course be others I'm not aware of.
