I asked at Soviet Steeds about the price, and got answers from 2.5K to 4K, lots of questions about the bike that seems to alter the price quite a bit,
upgrades such as alternator, starter, etc... also what kind of transmission (newer like the engine or not).

If the accountant approves (and it is harder each day) I would offer something on the 3.5 - 4 range as this seems to be the price for a 1WD 750, the newer.

There was a Deco 98 selling, or offered, for 3.5.

Looks like I'll keep the Sportster / Velorex a little longer till the wife car is paid in full (maybe 6 mo left)

Good luck with your sale.+

750 upgrade included the transmission. It was a $2100 upgrade.

Pictures

I have windshields for both bike and car, tonneau cover, extra wheel basket, twinmax, extra filters, and other parts with the rig. Interior of the sidecar was professionally coated with LINE-X.

Pictures say more (apologies for iphone 3G quality photos)...

I miss mine. Not when I'm going 90 on the higway, but I can't stick a dead deer in any of my current bikes.

Yep - I miss it already. I consoled myself by spending 150 miles with my British gal yesterday .

Well, there was a lot of interest both locally and on this site - most were new to sidecars. So I wanted to make sure it went to someone who understood what it's like to pilot a hack and own a Ural.
