I'm selling my 2008 WR250R with yellow Wolfman dry bags, Bake (B&B Moto) skidplate, Bake aluminum tailrack, Bulletproof rad guard, Zeta handguards with integrated signals, FMF Q pipe, new fancy battery, bar risers, 5 gallon IMS tank and stock tank. New fork oil and seals and neoprene booties. The doubletake mirrors pictured are NOT included. 13k miles.

Could use a new chain and sprockets in the next ~2,000 miles and probably needs a fuel programmer because it's running a little lean after putting on the pipe. Newer D606s. Somewhere around 13k miles. ~500 miles on a brand new stock piston and stock cylinder, both with 300 miles on them when swapped. I holed the piston on the way into Baja after pinching the fuel line on reinstalling the tank. The Yamaha dealer in BV did the work and it's worked great since.

Besides the chain and sprockets and the programmer, this bike is perfect. I can't afford to buy either right now, so it's for sale how it sits. In fact, if it's kept at altitude, the programmer probably isn't necessary. It has minor scratches associated from riding on dirt, and the bags have the typical used look. I have looked at many WRrs for sale, and seen some messed up bikes from owners who thought they'd bought a YZ250. This is not that bike.

3,800 firm. It's a great deal and it'll almost cover what we owe the hospital for Tattertot. This will go to Flea Market tomorrow and CL on Friday.

Sooo, I'm looking to sell it to someone who is not as round in the middle as I am.

The jacket is in brand new condition as the previous owner never wore it either.

I'm asking $170 to the local peeps.

Will post real pics shortly...

1980 bmw r100rs

For Sale
1980 BMW R100RS Pearl white. Beautiful bike.

Just over 50,000 miles. It has a new clutch, timing chain and gears just a few thousand miles ago. (that is how it was advertised by the dealer)

Includes Krauser side cases. Paint is excellent. The only cosmetic flaws I see are a few stress cracks around the mirrors and a couple small dents in the right muffler. Tires are in great shape.
Runs great. Does leave a couple small spots of oil on the garage floor when left over night. I think it is the oil pan gasket and have a new gasket for it. Just don't have the time to install it.
The only thing I can think of that is wrong is the trip meter reset knob is gone.
Clean title
I purchased this bike a few months ago from a friend (blakebird) who purchased it from Gateway BMW in St Louis. The RS is iconic and I have always wanted to own one. However, I have the opportunity to buy another “must own someday” bike and selling this will help fund it.
Located in Parker, CO (old Colorado area code)-549-2889

I took and uploaded a bunch of pictures this morning.

All the pics are here.

This is one of the rare early era Husky's and very few were imported to the US. The bike is a great dualsport with the 6 speed transmission and fully street legal. The bike has been ridden and shows common scratches, wear, replaced parts, etc but is in decent condition overall. The bike has been very well maintained with frequent oil and air filter changes and the timing chain was replaced around 9000miles. The plan for the bike was to retrofit the suspension and make it into something comparable to an XR650R, but a much better long distance touring DS bike. It includes a Husky TE510 rear shock that was going to be swapped in. 16,xxxkm or 10k miles.

-Rare 4 gallon OEM tank
-Cannon Race Craft custom .52 fork springs
-Garmin 60 power plug
-12volt power outlet
-Raised Pro-Taper Bars
-Enduro Engineering Hand Guards
-New Chain Sprockets
-Good Tires (T63 Front and Shinko Rear)
-XPC Seat
-Heated Grips
-IMS Pro Series platform pegs
-New battery last year
-FCR Carb conversion (see bellow for additional work that needs to be done....) This was a must to make the bike run correctly with elevation changes
-Original gas tank in like new condition
-Stock parts included

-Several scratches, etc
-Foot peg mout broke and was beefed up and re-welded (not really bad but...)
-Subframe cracked and was welded (fine now)
-The FCR required some molding on the inside of the tank for clearance.
-The new FCR slightly changed the angle of the air boot to airbox flange. To correct this some modification of the airbox will be required to lengthen the mounting flange.
-Wheels has several dings
-In full disclosure the air boot did pop off on the recent trip to utah, but I dont think it did any damage. I was in front the whole time so not much dust and I coated the inside of the air box with grease and then took the pavement when I saw the problem, so I dont think any dirt got in
