The chin spoiler , or belly pan sits under the engine. What I'm looking to add is the one just under fuel tank. It protects the radiator & hides the ugly intake tube.

In that case what you'd want to do is find a K100 snorkel (P/N 13721460753) and a radiator shroud from a naked K100. Good luck finding a radiator shroud. There weren't a whole lot of those naked K100s made/sold so those are pretty difficult to find.

Boy, this thread really just makes me want to do something cool with my K75RT. I do desperately need a suspension rebuild, front and back. Lots of leaks.

How is the Racetech stuff like cartridge emulators on these?

Sorry, I do not. But there seems to be a multitude of ways to dress up or down these Ks. Seems to me the more plastic removed the more interesting she gets.

Taking a [insert manf/model/year here] and making a "cafe racer" out of it is about original as starting an oil thread.

(Not directed at LR because what he does goes way beyond that.)

JMHO. FYYFFs. YMMV. GFY.

Reread the first sentence. I think it's pretty clear.

Do not like getting into other's opinions (cause that's what they are), but sometimes a K is beyond ( $ and avail.parts ) bringing back to its Fine original self.
My K RT was one of them. So now she will continue her long like as a lighter bike... think bikini vs a moomoo

100% in agreement.

Having something rideable is what counts.
