Right now, what I want is the GS that's in my garage... with all the wiring I'm doing having been magically done.

Gah.

I think I'd like that even better than the CB500F I just bought. Still, the "F" is a nice bike.

Next, I have an aching itch for the ugliest bike I've seen in a long time. So ugly its gorgeous. Great touring do it all bike, close spec to my r1200st. Meet the 105hp Moto Guzzi Stelvio:

I like you fell in love with the new Stelvio. So much so I bought a 2012 NTX, this is one of the best bikes I have ever owned. Great for two up riding, extremely comfortable for long rides and tons of power. You can't beat these bikes for value for dollars spent!

At the moment I'n trying to decide what I want next. Fortunately (?) I'm still paying for the house I sold with a loss, so I can't make eny decisions right now. But in about one year I want to buy something else and i simply don't know what. The XJ900F that replaced the K75S is a bit boring. Thought about a TDM but I like the newer ones but can't afford it. Same for the DL650. Maybe an older F650GS (the single) but i think they're a bit small. A used 1100GS is an option but after the 1150GS I'm a bit disapointed with the BMW quality.

A Guzzi California 3 passed me today and that looks nice also. An old airhead like the monolever R80 is attractive but so is a VF750F. Or an early VFR750 or CBX750. Aircooled Suzuki 4's are nice, at least the 16v 550 and 750 engines, but I like twins (or a V4).. Still, the Bandit 600 air/oil cooled bikes look allright also.

Or a mid 80's Kawasaki Z750.

Maybe a 600 or 660 Ténéré? Restoring a CX500 seems fun also.

There's a big chance I ll be riding the XJ for years until I can make up my mind. Maybe I should just buy a KLR, but they're not sold here for over a decade (and even then there weren't sold very much of them).

Or a TransAlp.

Maybe I should just go for a ride.

I've already got a grey one, so I"m halfway there. ;) I won't be painting my frame, though.

I like MGs. Just wish there was a better dealer network in the U.S.
