Thanks Michael,
I should also note my riding buddy ran the 30's as well and he was just a pleased as I was. Interesting factoid, a Rotopax 1 gal slips right inside the bag perfectly and you can keep it separate from your other gear by not putting it inside the white waterproof liner. Rode there for hundreds of miles and never caused an issue.

Coincidence? I think not...

Thanks for making this possible. Much appreciated.

Jim
I think I have two or three. Maybe four. When I'm back home, I'll post em up in that thread and place a message in this one. First come, first served; so probably worth subscribing to both (in case you haven't already).

Cheers,

Michael

I have a suggestion for an accessory.

I just got the US30 and love it. I use it for commuting and it's become my trunk. I loosen the four straps and unhook and remove the bag. I'll then either attach the shoulder strap or just grab it by the center strap that goes over the roll top section. The problem with that strap is that it's oriented in the wrong way. It turns your wrist sideways.

There are the two D rings at the top (or bottom) and what would be perfect would be a handle. It could be super simple, just a single strap with Velcro™ for attachment. But I'd let the Kriega guys figure out the final engineering.

Any chance I can donate my like new US-20 for an older model that has the D rings on the buckles? Seems some came with them and some did not. Any chance any of the ones you have lying around have them?

I'd like to call dibs on one. Let me know when, where and what to do.

Thanks

Michael, if you've got anymore I'd be interested. I'd really like to get something to compliment my Overlander 30.

Garrett.

Michael,

Does the Kube Pocket have straps long enough to use as a handlebar bag? I seem to recall someone using it as a handlebar bag but can't find the post or picture.

Thanks

Hi mate,

I hear ya on this one! I have actually put this idea to Dom and Mike and it could well happen. You chaps will be the first to know if it does!

In the meantime - as the ever dedicated and resourceful traveltoad suggested - the Haul Loops do work very well. OK: $35 is a bit steep for a handle, but you could use it double-duty on the forks when you dont have it on the bag.

Cheers,

Michael
